One is a simultaneous measurement method of cerebral blood flow (CBF) and cerebral blood volume (CBV) and the other is that of a membrane potential changes in neuron and CBV. Change in CBF and CBV during neural activation were simultaneously measured in somatosensory cortex using laser speckle flowmetry and intrinsic optical signal (IOS) imaging, respectively. Response curves of CBF and CBV during neural activation were good agreement with our previous studies using laser–Doppler flowmetry and positron emission tomography. The membrane potential changes and CBV during neural activation were simultaneously measured using voltage sensitive dye (VSD) and IOS imaging, respectively. Images of neural activation and CBV were relatively stable and well localized at somatosensory cortex. These findings indicated that our method was useful to investigate mechanism of neurovascular coupling and brain disorder., レーザー学会第452回研究会「ニューロフォトニクス」}, title = {覚醒マウス脳表における神経活動および脳血流変化の同時計測システムの構築}, year = {2013} }
