Especially, reproduction and development in space will be an issue of high priority considering a long-term stay in space. We will launch frozen mouse ES cells and iPS cells into space, to expose them to space radiation. After storage at -80 degree in C in space for several months or years, the cells will be returned to the ground. We will microinject the ES or iPS cells into fertilized eggs to produce mice to examine the influence of space radiation on their development and on their descendents.\nWe used iron ion and carbon ion beam by accelerator of HIMAC of National Institute of Radiological Sciences as a ground-based experiment. The embryonic stem cells and iPS cells were irradiated with those beams and microinjected to mouse embryos, and subsequently transplanted to the uterus of pseudopregnant mice. We analyzed their survival, proliferation, and development.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名, 開催地, 会期, 主催者等)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"21st Annual NASA Space Radiation Investigators’ Workshop","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yoshida, Kayo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643219","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yoshida, Syuhei"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643220","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Eguchi-Kasai, Kiyomi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643221","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Morita, Takashi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643222","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"吉田 佳世","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643223","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"吉田 周平","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643224","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"笠井 清美","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643225","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"森田 隆","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"643226","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"conference object","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_c94f"}]},"item_title":"Study on the effect of space radiation to mammalian ES and iPS cells to their development","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Study on the effect of space radiation to mammalian ES and iPS cells to their development"}]},"item_type_id":"10005","owner":"1","path":["29"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2013-11-14"},"publish_date":"2013-11-14","publish_status":"0","recid":"65272","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Study on the effect of space radiation to mammalian ES and iPS cells to their development"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T21:02:01.578968+00:00"}
