内容記述 | Our research goal is to visualize the microstructure and detect the functions in living organs and tissues using high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Recent technical development of in vivo MR imaging provides new research approaches such as in vivo micro-imaging (~ 50 µm, spatial resolution), three-dimensional imaging and the visualization, and micro functional imaging. In addition, to enhance the ability of micro MRI, we developed nano-particle contrast agents for imaging of angioarchitecture and evaluation of tumor micro-structure. In the symposium, I would like to introduce our research activities concerning, 1) three-dimensional micro MR imaging of tumor angioarchitecture using 7 tesla MRI with high-sensitive cryoprobe, 2) drug delivery imaging using long blood half-life nano-particles, and 3) tumor theranostic approach (diagnosis and therapy) using multimodal thermosensitive liposomal nano-carrier. | |||||
