The new system integrated fault management databases that we used in the accelerator and the \nirradiation system conventionally and was expanded.  Besides the management of faults, a function to plan the \npromotion of efficiency of maintenance duties by expanding an improvement and a suggestion matter on the database and \na function of the efficient document management by keeping reports and manuals in electronic data were added to this \nsystem.
