Methods; 17 11C-Methionine cases were included with; 1) Presence of suspicious bone metastasis, 2) PET and PET-CT imaging were done in the same setting. 3) Available follow up bone or CT Scans. Results; The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, PPV and NPV of Combined PET-CT and PET were 85.7%, 87.5%, 87.0%, 75%, 93.3% and 85.7%, 81.3%, 82.6%, 66.7%, 92.9% respectively. Conclusions; 11C-Methionine is useful in the evaluation of bone metastasis.
