{"created":"2023-05-15T14:44:43.393249+00:00","id":61133,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e15bd4c9-1037-41a5-a81e-85eadf6ce817"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"61133","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"61133"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:repo.qst.go.jp:00061133","sets":["10:29"]},"author_link":["605507","605502","605503","605505","605506","605509","605504","605508"],"item_10005_date_7":{"attribute_name":"発表年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2005-10-22","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10005_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[目的] 鉛は、最近公害の原因の一つと考えられている。そこで鉛を含有していない樹脂とタングステンから成る新しい遮蔽材(1)を入手したので、電子線遮蔽における照射野内への影響を検討した。電子線に対して不整形照射野を形成する際、その遮蔽材から発生する2次放射線の照射野内への影響について考慮しなければならない。そこで、元来、装置に付属している電子線コリメータ(以下、ready-made)と、新しい遮蔽材をready-madeと同形状に加工したコリメータ(以下、hand-made)から発生する2次放射線を比較検討する。\n[方法] ready-madeと同形状のhand-madeを用いて深部量百分率(PDD)、beam profile (平坦度、対称性、半影、最大線量比)を比較する。beam profileは標準測定深、及び、基底深にて測定する。電子線のエネルギーは6-, 9-, 12-, 20-MeVを用いた。\n[結果] 両者を比較するとPDDは±1%以内で一致し、beam profileについてもIEC等の規格以内におさまっている。\n[結論]今回の結果から、この新しい遮蔽材が電子線でも使用可能であると考える。\n[参考文献]\n(1) Minoru Tajiri, Masayoshi Sunaoka, Akifumi Fukumura and Masahiro Endo,”A new radiation shielding block material for radiation therapy,” Med.
