Laser circulation system is adopted to amplification of X-ray yield. In the proof-of-principle experiment with 25mJ/pulse Q-switch Nd:YAG laser (2nd harmonic,l=532nm), the laser intensity became larger than 10 times. Then, the X-ray yield will increase up to at least 10^9photons/sec. The method of laser beam position control at collision point is to be established. We designed laser circulation system for the prototype devise.
