EXACT HR+システムの前面にX線CTシステムを配置したハイブリッド型の画像診断装置である。我々はこのシステムのPETとしての物理性能特性の評価を行った。空間分解能を18-Fのライン線源およびポイント線源を使用して測定した。またF-18水溶液を満たしたプールファントムを使用して高係数率を測定し、Ge-68ユニフォームファントムにてシステム感度および均一性を測定した。さらに、同システムは従来型のPETシステムが使用しているトランスミッション線源を用いた吸収補正の手法を使用せずに、X線CTにより撮像されたCT画像を使用して吸収補正を行う。この吸収補正の手法と従来の方法とで得られた画像データを比較検討した。\n<結果>CTI社製PET-CTシステムのPET部は同社製HR+システムとほぼ同様の物理特性を示した。X線CT画像を用いての吸収補正はトランスミッション線源を使用する従来のPETシステムから得られた画像と同等の画像を得ることができた。\n<結論>ハイブリッド型画像診断装置ECAT PET-CTは従来のPETシステムとしての物理特性を維持しながら、トランスミッション線源を使用せずにX線CT画像を用いて吸収マップを作成し吸収補正を行い、PETの定量画像を得ることができる。このことは臨床面では被検者の拘束時間を短縮化することができ、被検者の負担を低減するのに有用である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10005_description_6":{"attribute_name":"会議概要(会議名,
