Res., 171, 53-65, 2009)、新たな低線量放射線リスクとして大きな関心を呼んでいる。\n我々は、本報告を再検証し、低線量照射による認知機能やAD病理への影響を詳細に検\n討するため、マウスをX線(0.1Gy)または炭素線(0.05Gyまたは0.1Gy)で全身照射した後、\n海馬を採取し、AD関連遺伝子の発現を解析するとともに、学習や記憶機能はモーリス\n水迷路テストを用いて評価し、またアミロイドβペプチド(Aβ)の沈着をPETで評価した。\n更に、ADの病理学的変化はアミロイド前駆蛋白、Aβ、タウ蛋白並びにリン酸化タウ蛋\n白の免疫染色により評価する等、多面的な検討を実施した。その結果、低線量単回照\n射は、僅か数個のAD関連遺伝子に転写レベルの変化を誘導するが、認知機能やAD病理\nに有意な変化を起こすものではないとも結論を得て、J. Radiat. Res.誌およびJ.\nNeurosci.
