DSB in the cells were analyzed by a static-field gel electrophoresis (SFGE). The OERs for cell killing, initial DSB and non-repairable DSB were 2.8, 5.8 and 3.4, respectively. Half time of DSB induced under hypoxic condition was longer than that under oxic condition. The DSBs have a difficulty quality of rejoining.
