It has been hypothesized that the clinical radiosensitivity of normal tissues should be regarded as a so-called complex trait dependent on the cumulative effect of many minor genetic determinants. To identify markers for these determinants, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were typed for the candidate genes which were determined by mainly our gene expression analyses. We have investigated genotypes of more than three hundreds individuals consisting of breast cancer, ovarian cancer and prostate cancer patients. Statistical analysis indicated that the SNP types on, at least 12 genes were associated with the radiation-induced adverse effects.}, pages = {319--322}, title = {正常組織障害における放射線感受性遺伝子研究−遺伝子多型からのアプローチー}, volume = {51}, year = {2005} }
