CD44+/ESA+ cells significantly have higher number of colonies, spheres compared to CD44-/ESA- cells. CD44+/ESA+ cells were showed radioresistance to both X-ray and carbon ion beam, but the carbon ion beam more effectively killed those of cancer stem-like cells. In addition, carbon ion beam has more potential to eradicate xenograft tumors compared to X-rays at isoeffective doses. In conclusion, carbon ion beam has a great advantage in targeting radioresistant human cholangiocarcinoma cells in vitro and in vivo.}, title = {消化器癌幹細胞に対する重粒子線照射による細胞生存とDNA修復への影響(12J371a)}, year = {2014} }
