By the analysis of surviving fraction, the phenomenon, “radiation-induced adaptive response” was actually induced in the cells of both 10-cell irradiated and non-irradiated neighboring colonies. The response was almost completely suppressed by the addition of NO scavenger to the medium. Collectively, radiation-induced adaptive response can be induced by radiation-induced, NO-mediated bystander response.}, pages = {116--116}, title = {Analysis of Mechanisms for the Induction of Radiation-Induced Adaptive Response by Bystander Response}, year = {2017} }
