The transcripts of all 4 apoptosis related genes, Bm Histone H2AX, Bm p53, Bm Dronc (initiator caspase), and Bm Caspase1 (effector caspase), were detected in the silkworm eggs by RT-PCR, however the amounts of their transcripts were quite lower than that of Actin A3. This might be a reason why the apoptotic cell death cannot be detected in the heavy ion irradiated silkworm eggs at early development.}, pages = {123--123}, title = {Detection of Transcripts of the Apoptosis Related Genes in the Heavy-Ion Irradiated Silkworm Eggs during Early Development}, year = {2017} }
