In order to characterize the primary tumor and lymph node metastasis site, and compare the efficiency of C-ion radiotherapy we used 2 types of human colon cancer cell lines established from the primary tumor (SW480) and the lymph node metastasis site (SW620) of the same patient for experiments; invasiveness, growth, and sensitivity to C-ion and X-ray irradiation. SW480 showed higher invasiveness with lower sensitivity to X-ray irradiation than SW620 cell line. X-ray irradiation resulted in only 50% reduction of SW480 invasiveness. On the other hand, C-ion more effectively blocked those invasiveness of SW480, and reduced colony formation number than X-ray irradiation, which relative biological efficiencyof D10 was 2.9. However in the comparison with SW620, SW480 was more resistant to C-ion infadiation. We further found that the AP-1 family of transcription factor (FRA-1) has role in different sensitivity to C-ion irradiation found between SW480 and SW620.}, pages = {43--44}, title = {放射線照射によるヒト大腸癌由来細胞株の浸潤能変化の検討}, year = {2012} }
