 note = {Heavy ion induced hyper radiosensitivity (HRS)of human cell lines has not been well investigated. Our aim is to measure the hyper radio-sensitivity of human cell line irradiated by heavy ions, and to clarify its relations with its DNA damage repair system. In this study, two different cell lines, HCT116 cell line and its XRCC4 deficient cell line were used. To start with, we obtained "conventional" survival curves at high doses region between 0.2 to 6 Gy of 290 MeV/n and 135 MeV/n carbon ions.},
