Materials and methods:For the sake of accuracy and simplicity, 35 patients were analyzed for acute skin reactions and 27 for late skin reactions among the patient pool described at the report last year. Both intebral DVH and DSH were obtained in all the patients, and the correlation between the clinical skin reactions and these parameters were investigated. Some of the pretreatment variables thought to be relenvant to skin reactions were also assessed. Results:According to the univarriate analysis, the total prescribed dose, DSH, primary tumor site (sacrum versus the other),the distance between skin surface and tumor edge, and DVH were statistically significant relative to the development of acute skin reactions. To the late, the prescribed dose, DSH, DVH, and the distance between skin surface and tumor were statistically significant. The result of multivariate analysis was that the DSH was a statistically significant factor for the acute skin reactions. Conclusions:DSH is a useful parameter to predict the acute skin reactions.}, pages = {33--35}, title = {骨軟部腫瘍の皮膚反応に対するDVH分析}, year = {2004} }
