Micro array technology has been proved to be a powerful tool for comparing gene expression in normal and disease states and/or for analyzing the response of cells exposed to drugs or unknown physiological conditions. We have studied gene expression profiles of the cultured neonatal human dermal fibroblasts (NHDF) using the custom-made oligonucleotide microarray, containing 22,500 probes (representing 19,862unique genes), before or/after exposure to 0.1, 2 and 5Gy of X rays and carbon-ion beams. Total RNA was purified from the cells at 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24 hours after irradiations. The expression level of some genes was confirmed with a quantative reverse transcription-PCR.}, pages = {139--140}, title = {ヒト培養細胞を用いた重粒子線照射における遺伝子発現変化の検討}, year = {2004} }
