It is applied to investigate the internal trans-\nport barrier formation which gives the improved energy con-\nfinement time[2]. The code is developed using the spectral\nmethod[3] which is parallelized using Message Passing Inter-\nface (MPI)[4, 5]. Since the calculation cost of nonlinear mode\ncoupling is most expensive part, so that various schemes for\nthe decomposition of do loop are tested to optimize it.
