Five types of paddy soils were flooded and incubated for 7 days. After the incubation, the surface water covering soils were used for the following radioactive tracer experiments: The surface water samples were cultured for 4 days with 95mTcO4-, and the insoluble Tc was separated from the samples by a 0.2 micromili-pore-size membrane filter. Among the surface water samples, relative high amounts of insoluble Tc (>70% of total 95mTc) were found in gley and gray lowland soil samples. Both soil types were commonly used for rice cultivation in Japan. Thus, Tc may be easy to accumulate on paddy field soils in Japan. To clarify the kind of microorganisms contributed on the formation of insoluble Tc, the gray lowland soil samples was pretreated to make two different surface water samples: 1) a sample inhibited fungal activity and 2) a sample inhibited bacterial activity. The addition of fungicide to the gray lowland soil sample caused the increase of insoluble Tc amount. In contrast, the addition of antibiotics on bacteria resulted in the decrease of insoluble Tc amount. These results showed that the formation of insoluble Tc caused by bacteria.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ishii, Nobuyoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"546385","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tagami, Keiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"546386","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Uchida, Shigeo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"546387","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"石井 伸昌","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"546388","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"田上 恵子","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"546389","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"内田 滋夫","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"546390","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"conference paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_5794"}]},"item_title":"Contribution of bacteria on the insoluble technetium formation in paddy soil surface water","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Contribution of bacteria on the insoluble technetium formation in paddy soil surface water"}]},"item_type_id":"10003","owner":"1","path":["2"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2005-05-26"},"publish_date":"2005-05-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"53525","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Contribution of bacteria on the insoluble technetium formation in paddy soil surface water"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T23:11:39.307461+00:00"}
