Biological materials such as blood, urine, vomit and hair were collected from the patients and analyzed for radio activities produced by the irradiation. Activation products such as 24Na, 42K and 82Br were found in these materials by means of Ge-spectrometry. The radionuclide of the highest activity observed in biological materials was 24Na, e. g. the concentrations of this nuclide in the blood samples from the three patients at the accident time were 169, 91 and 23Bq/ml, respectively. Concentrations of the stable Na in the same samples were determined by ICP-AES to obtain specific activities (concentration ratio between the produced 24Na and stable 23Na). The specific activities of Na obtained for the three patients through the blood analysis were 8.3x10^4^, 4.3x10^4^ and 1.2x10^4^ Bq 24Na/g 23Na. These data should be useful as basic data for the estimation of the neutron fluences and radiation doses for the individual patients. Specific activities for 42K and 82Br were also determined.}, pages = {124--132}, publisher = {放医研}, title = {臨界事故で被ばくした作業員の血液、尿、嘔吐物等のガンマ線測定と放射能推定}, year = {2001} }
