film, Ashland製)は,主に医療分野でX線・γ 線の線量分布測定に使用され,イオンビームの強度分布測定にも応用されている。高線量用モデルHD-V2は,感受層が薄く,表面保護層がないため,飛程が短いイオンビームの測定にも適用可能である。しかし,その線量応答は非線形であり,イオン種やエネルギーによる特性の違いが不明であることから,ビーム強度分布測定に利用するためにはその都度,吸光度のフルエンス応答曲線を取得する必要があった。そこで,各種イオンビームの応答曲線が60Coγ線の線量応答曲線に類似していることに着目し,ビーム強度分布の簡便な測定を可能とすることを目的として,γ線の線量応答曲線から直接イオンビームの相対強度分布を求める方法を考案し,実証実験を行った。60Coγ線といくつかのイオンビーム(線エネルギー付与:5.5 keV/μm~11
