Diffusion parameters based on the two-compartment model of water diffusion considering diffusional anisotropy was calculated by a proposed method. Other parameters including diffusion tensor imaging and conventional apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) were also obtained. They were compared statistically between the control and MS groups.\nResults:\nDiffusion of the slow diffusion compartment in a radial direction of neuron fibers was elevated in MS patients (0.121 x10-3mm2/sec) in comparison to control (0.100 x10- 3mm2/sec), the difference being significant (P = 0.001). The difference between the groups was not significant in other comparisons including conventional ADC and fractional anisotropy (FA) of diffusion tensor imaging.\nConclusion:\nThe proposed method was applicable to clinically acceptable small data. The parameters obtained by this method improved the detectability of occult changes in NAWM compared to the conventional methods.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_relation_13":{"attribute_name":"PubMed番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"25577520","subitem_relation_type_select":"PMID"}}]},"item_8_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1007/s00330-014-3572-4","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_8_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0938-7994","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tachibana, Yasuhiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474456","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Obata, Takayuki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474457","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Inoue, Tomio"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474458","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Aoki, Shigeki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474459","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"al., et"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474460","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"立花 泰彦","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474461","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"小畠 隆行","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"474462","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Analysis of normal-appearing white matter of multiple sclerosis by tensor-based two-compartment model of water diffusion","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Analysis of normal-appearing white matter of multiple sclerosis by tensor-based two-compartment model of water diffusion"}]},"item_type_id":"8","owner":"1","path":["1"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2016-01-28"},"publish_date":"2016-01-28","publish_status":"0","recid":"47392","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Analysis of normal-appearing white matter of multiple sclerosis by tensor-based two-compartment model of water diffusion"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T23:40:24.447227+00:00"}
