While C₁₉-norditerpenoid alkaloids present significant toxicity to the central nervous system, C₂₀-diterpenoid alkaloids have reduced toxicities. However, there is little information regarding the precise pharmacological properties of C₂₀-diterpenoid alkaloids. C₂₀-diterpenoid alkaloid derivatives have explicit structure-activity relationships targeting various tumor cells, which depend on the C11-substrate. However, the present study showed that C6-derivatives additively or synergistically sustained proliferation of CD34⁺ hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells derived from the placental/umbilical cord blood. It revealed that identical structures belonging to C₂₀-diterpenoid alkaloids surprisingly have opposing proliferative effects depending on the derivatization sites (C6 versus C11).","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1002/ptr.3718","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_8_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0951-418X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Hazawa, Masaharu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"464956","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Wada, Koji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"464957","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kashiwakura, Ikuo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"464958","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"羽澤 勝治","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"464959","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Aconitum C20_Diterpenoid alkaloid derivatives regulate the growth and differentiation of cord blood derived human hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells.","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Aconitum C20_Diterpenoid alkaloid derivatives regulate the growth and differentiation of cord blood derived human hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells."}]},"item_type_id":"8","owner":"1","path":["1"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2013-11-26"},"publish_date":"2013-11-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"46639","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Aconitum C20_Diterpenoid alkaloid derivatives regulate the growth and differentiation of cord blood derived human hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells."],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T23:49:22.750185+00:00"}
