WBI was planned for 16 breast cancer patients. The dose indices for evaluated clinical target volume (CTVevl), lung, and body were evaluated. For the anterior-posterior (AP) respiratorymotion and setup error of a single fraction, the isocenter was moved according to a sine function, and thedose indices were averaged over one period. Furthermore, the dose indices were weighted according tosetup error frequencies that have a normal distribution to model systematic and random setup error for the entire treatment course. In all irradiation techniques, AP movement has a significant impact on dose distri-bution. CTVevlD95(the minimum relative dose that covers 95 % volume) and V95\n(the relative volume re-ceiving 95 % of the prescribed dose) were observed to significantly decrease from the original ISC plan when simulated for the entire treatment course. In contrast, the D95,V95 and dose homogeneity index did not significantly differ from those of the original plans for FIF and CW. With regard to lung dose, the effect of motion was very similar among all three techniques. The dosimetric impact of AP respiratory breast motion and setup error was largest for the ISC technique, and the second greatest effect was observed with the FIF technique. However, these variations are relatively small.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1093/jrr/rrs064","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_8_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0449-3060","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Furuya, Tomohisa"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463472","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sugimoto, Satoru"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463473","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kurokawa, Chie"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463474","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ozawa, Shuichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463475","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Karasawa, Kumiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463476","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sasai, Keisuke"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463477","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"唐澤 久美子","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463478","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"笹井 啓資","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"463479","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"The dosimetric impact of respiratory breast movement and daily setup error on tangential whole breast irradiation using conventional wedge, field-in-field and irregular surface compensator techniques","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"The dosimetric impact of respiratory breast movement and daily setup error on tangential whole breast irradiation using conventional wedge, field-in-field and irregular surface compensator techniques"}]},"item_type_id":"8","owner":"1","path":["1"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2013-03-28"},"publish_date":"2013-03-28","publish_status":"0","recid":"46509","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["The dosimetric impact of respiratory breast movement and daily setup error on tangential whole breast irradiation using conventional wedge, field-in-field and irregular surface compensator techniques"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-15T23:50:55.350184+00:00"}
