The changes in the cerebral metabolic rate of oxygen (CMRO2) were also evaluated using a hypotension condition established by our group based on the administration of a vasodilator. Under normal conditions, CBF, PO2, and OIS showed positive signal changes (48%, 32%, and 0.42%, respectively) following stimulation. Over multiple trials, the CBF responses were\nwell correlated with the integral of the LFP amplitudes (LFP) (Rmean=0.78), whereas a lower correlation was found between PO2 and LFP (Rmean=0.60) and between OIS and LFP (Rmean=0.54).\nUnder the hypotension condition the LFP responses were preserved, but the CBF responses were suppressed and the PO2 and OIS changes were negative (-12% and\n -0.28%, respectively). In this condition, the trial-by-trial variations in PO2 and OIS were well correlated with the variability in LFPs (Rmean=-0.77 and -0.76, respectively), indicating a single trial coupling between CMRO2 changes and LFP.\nThese findings show that CBF and CMRO2 signals are more directly correlated with neural activity compared to blood oxygen-sensitive methods such as OIS and BOLD fMRI.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.1016/j.neuroimage.2007.12.011","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_8_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1053-8119","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Masamoto, Kazuto"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"449663","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Vazquez, Alberto"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"449664","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Wang, Ping"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"449665","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kim, Seong-Gi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"449666","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"正本 和人","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"449667","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Trial-by-trial relationship between neural activity, oxygen consumption, and blood flow responses","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Trial-by-trial relationship between neural activity, oxygen consumption, and blood flow responses"}]},"item_type_id":"8","owner":"1","path":["1"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2008-09-22"},"publish_date":"2008-09-22","publish_status":"0","recid":"45267","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Trial-by-trial relationship between neural activity, oxygen consumption, and blood flow responses"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-16T00:05:45.652428+00:00"}
