Under atmospheric oxygen, development to blastocysts and expanded blastocyst and nuclear number are lower in Slc embryos than in Nrs embryos and Slc embryos did not increase nuclear number during 72-96 hr culture. Amino acid did not necessarily have beneficial effect on embryo development and nuclear number of Slc embryos, but on nuclear number of Nrs embryos. Because present study showed differences in sensitivity to culture conditions between the C57BL/6J substrains, care must be taken in embryo manipulation of this inbred strain to study embryo development or other studies.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_8_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1341-1357","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kito, Seiji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"432250","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Noguchi, Yoshiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"432251","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Oota, Yuki"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"432252","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"鬼頭 靖司","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"432253","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"太田 有紀","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"432254","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Developmental responses of two substrains of in vitro fertilized C57BL/6J mouse embryos to oxygen and amino acids","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Developmental responses of two substrains of in vitro fertilized C57BL/6J mouse embryos to oxygen and amino acids"}]},"item_type_id":"8","owner":"1","path":["1"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2004-08-18"},"publish_date":"2004-08-18","publish_status":"0","recid":"43467","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Developmental responses of two substrains of in vitro fertilized C57BL/6J mouse embryos to oxygen and amino acids"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-05-16T00:26:57.508317+00:00"}
