内容記述 Molecular ion implantation is an NV center formation technique that enables the arrangement of multiple NV centers at the nanoscale, which is expected to facilitate the realization of quantum registers utilizing multiple NV centers. One example, phthalocyanine molecular ion implantation, successfully positioned five NV centers in close proximity. However, it remains unclear how vacancies and other defects created by implanting large molecules like phthalocyanine affect NV center decoherence. Therefore, in this study, we performed noise measurements using noise spectroscopy based on the XY8 pulse sequence. As a result, similar to previous studies, two noise sources were inferred, but a significant difference in autocorrelation time was observed in the low-frequency noise. This result suggests the possible presence of more residual vacancies than previously assumed.
