We proposed a novel laser ion acceleration mechanism called Boosted Coulomb Explosion which employing a standing wave formed from incident and reflected laser pulse. Quasi-mono energetic deuterons have been produced via BCE. Here, we propose the experimental method to apply it to produce mono-energetic protons, PIC simulations are conducted to show the possibility. |
