| 内容記述 | For the rapid response after an internal exposure accident of radionuclides, such as actinides, we have developed new mass spectrometric method for the measurement of actinides in urine samples. For the method validation, the newly developed method was applied to urine samples, collected from a Pu/Am internal exposure accident, by comparing the results of the present ICP-MS/MS and previous conventional alpha spectrometric method. In this study, 241Am isotopes were measured by both methods and the results were consistent. ICP-MS/MS provides 239Pu and 240Pu information separately, and alpha spectrometric method could provide short-lived 238Pu information. Modification of conventional radiometric methods and development of mass spectrometric methods for the rapid response in radiation emergency medicine should be considered. | |||||||||||||||
