| 内容記述 | Radiation therapy not only kills tumor cells but also modulates the immune m icroenvironment. In a B16F10-OVA tumor model, we found that tumor-binding an tibodies (TBAs) increased in serum seven days after local X-ray irradiation at 8 Gy. Here, we developed an antigen-independent dendritic cell (DC) thera py using these TBAs. Serum collected on day 7 post-irradiation was used to i solate TBAs, which were incubated with bone marrow-derived DCs (BMDCs) via F c receptor binding to generate TBA-loaded DCs (TBA-DCs). These showed enhanc ed antigen uptake and maturation. Intratumoral injection of TBA-DCs suppress ed tumor growth and induced tumor-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) mo re effectively than control DCs. As TBAs reflect each host's tumor antigens, this strategy enables DCs to present patient-specific antigens without prio r profiling. This feature makes it suitable for tumors with unknown or varia ble antigens. By combining radiation-induced antibody responses with DC ther apy, TBA-DC offers a promising approach to personalized cancer immunotherapy and may have future clinical potential. | |||||||||
