| 内容記述 | III-Nitride semiconductors are anticipated to serve not only in conventional optoelectronic applications, but also as fundamental components in emerging quantum technologies, including spintronics, quantum light sources, and topological devices. Despite these technological advances, significant challenges remain in crystal growth. One key issue is the limited understanding of the growth dynamics of surfaces, interfaces, and nanostructures, particularly in relation to atomic structures, strain states, defect behaviors, and compositional variations. In situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction (XRD) offers a promising approach for accurately characterizing these phenomena, owing to the availability of highly brilliant X-rays that are exceptionally sensitive to variations in crystal lattices during growth. We developed a molecular beam epitaxy chamber for nitride growth at the SPring-8 synchrotron radiation facility and investigated the growth dynamics of various nitride systems. In this presentation, we will showcase representative results on the growth dynamics of III-Nitride films and nanostructures. | |||||||
