| 内容記述 | The realisation of optically driven magnetic random-access memory (MRAM) requires materials which show room temperature all-optical magnetization switching (AOS), large perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA), and low Gilbert damping as well as a detailed understanding of their magnetization dynamics. In this study, we report on the characterization of the magnetization dynamics of the ferrimagnetic full-Heusler compounds Mn2FeGa and Mn2RuGa for their potential use in optically driven MRAM. Using x-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) and x-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD), we analyse the magnetic moment of Mn and its temperature dependent behaviour. These results provide further understanding of the AOS mechanism in these materials, unlocking their potential in a wide variety of device applications. | |||||||||||||||||
