| 内容記述 | OaPAC is a photoactivated cAMP synthase consisting of two peptides, each of the photoreceptor and enzyme domains, via long coiled-coil helices called 3 [1,2]. It is thought that during photoactivation, the hydrogen bonding network reorganization between Tyr6, Gln48, and chromophore and keto-enol tautomerization of Gln48 occur in the photoreceptor domain [3,4]. However, the free-energy profile of the photo-isomerization reaction and how the structural change in the photoreceptor domains propagate and control the catalytic domains upon photoactivation have yet to be understood. | |||||||||||||||||
