Some rare isotopes such as 7Li, 11B, 138La, and 180Ta are considered to be synthesized by neutrino-induced reactions in core-collapse supernovae (neutrino process). However, there is no clear evidence for the neutrino-process except for astronomical observation of fluorine in early generations of stars. Calcium and aluminum rich inclusions (CAI) are generated in an early phase of the solar system formation. The isotopic abundance anomalies observed in CAIs indicate that a stellar nucleosynthesis event has occurred before the solar system formation and its products have been contaminated into CAIs. The previous study reported the correlation between 138La/139La and 50Ti/48Ti ratios in CAIs . We present that this correlation can be quantitatively reproduced by a core-collapse supernova (SNe) with the neutrino process. This indicates La and other isotopes in the early solar system were provided from SNe. The present result is consistent with the previous result for analysis of CAIs, where the correlation between the anomalies of 50Ti and 48Ti can be reproduced only by the C shell burning in the progenitor. In addition, we calculate the correlation between 7Li/6Li (11B/10B) and 138La/139La in Type-X SiC presolar grains originating from SNe. The results indicate that the correlations of the two isotopes ratios can constrain the astrophysical parameter of the neutrino process. |
