内容記述 Adjustment the daylight integrals is directly affected to optimize the photosynthate translocation rate in plants and it is also important for reducing the cost of protected horticulture. To accurately estimate the dynamics of photosynthate translocation under the changing daylight integrals, it must be characterized using data obtained at continuous measure the response of daylight conditions. In our previous study, it was found that under sufficient light conditions for leaf photosynthesis (400 ?mol m?2 s?1 at the leaf surface), photosynthates translocation is promoted in response to increasing daylight integrals at leaf surface with the passage of the light period in living strawberry plants by using 11CO2 tracer and a positron-emitting tracer imaging system (PETIS), which can provide moving images of long-range translocation in intact plants using radioisotope tracers. Based on the previous study, we hypothesized that the increase in photosynthate concentrations in the leaf promotes the export of photosynthates from leaves to phloem. In this study, to evaluate this hypothesis, the effect of increased daylight integrals under low light conditions around the light compensation point (30 ?mol m?2 s?1 at the leaf surface), where the leaf carbon budget due to photosynthesis and respiration is balanced, on the photosynthates translocation was analyzed using PETIS. Serial images of 11C-photosynthates translocation obtained from PETIS revealed that the translocation dynamics remained almost constant over the light period under low light conditions. It was considered that the photosynthate concentration in the leaves almost remained unchanged from the start of the light period, and the export rate of photosynthate from the leaves into phloem was also unchanged. The results were found to support our previous hypothesis.
