| 内容記述 | The electric field generated by cluster ion irradiation is studied, focusing on the effect of the closeness between the atoms in a cluster ion, i.e., the vicinage effect. This electric field is created by the ions produced by impact ionization of the atoms in cluster ions. The probabilities of secondary electrons escaping this electric field and the radial dose are simulated to elucidate the effects of not only the number of these atoms and the distances between them but also of their impact ionization cross-sections. | |||||||
