| 内容記述 | 永久スピン旋回状態とはスピン空間構造を有する安定なスピン状態である。この新たなスピン空間構造を用いることで、半導体における新しい量子現象やトポロジカル現象、新たな情報担体の開発につながることが期待されている。これらを実現するには、安定に存在できるスピン状態の寿命を明らかにすることが非常に重要となる。本研究では、伝導度の量子補正により、永久スピン旋回状態近傍の螺旋スピンモードと均質スピンモードの寿命を実験的に明らかにした。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||
