To examine a local irradiation effect using Japanese Medaka, we made a specific method to irradiate the kidney or testis used a shield or targeted irradiation system in TIARA and examined the effect of the irradiation on number of blood cells and tissue abnormality. The blood cells were reduced in the irradiated kidney and abnormal differentiation was observed in the testis in the limited area supposed to be irradiated.
