A basic design of the nest-generation charged-article irradiation system in NIRS-HIMAC that contains a three-dimensional spot-scanning irradiation-method and a rotating gantry is now going on. To determine a rough building design, it is important to estimate a wall-thickness of radiation controlled area. We evaluated and calculated neutron dose of (i) a treatment room,(ii) a high-energy beam transport room and (iii) a outer wall of HIMAC. Then, we used two calculation methods, one is Hirayama-Ban formula and the other is a multi-purpose Particle and Heavy Ion Transport code System (PHITS). These data are used for a detailed building design in the future.
