内容記述 | 層状ルテニウム酸フッ化物は、様々な結晶構造と Ru の酸化状態を持ち、ユニークな物性を示す。本研究では、ポリフッ化ビニリデンを用いた Ca2RuO4前駆体のトポケミカルフッ素化により、LaSrAlO4(001)基板上に相純な単結晶 Ca2RuO2.5F2 薄膜の作製を行った。得られた薄膜は絶縁体であり、ρの温度挙動は 2 次元可変レンジホッピングモデルでよく記述されることが明らかになった。 | |||||
