内容記述 | 半円型のパンチによって張出成型した、TRIP鋼試験片の水素によるき裂を調査した。水素チャージは鋼板上で圧痕のすそ周りにき裂を誘発しており、き裂は張出し頂上と平面部の方へ半径方向に沿って広がっていた。張出試験片の応力と塑性ひずみ分布を、SPring-8のシンクロトロンX線によるエネルギー分散型X線回折法を用いて分析したところ、き裂発生が、測定した引張応力および回折プロファイルの半価幅の変化が最も大きい領域で起こっていたことが明らかになった。 | |||||
