Currently, however, available experimental data of double-differential thick target neutron yields (DDTTNYs) are especially insufficient. In this study, to investigate systematics of DEURACS, a theoretical model of deuteron induced reaction, we have been measured the DDTTNYs of (d,n) reactions on natC target for incident deuteron energy at 12, 20 and 30 MeV by means of the multiple-foils activation method. The neutrons were detected at emission angles of 0⁰, 10⁰, 20⁰, 30⁰ and 45⁰. In unfolding process, we applied the GRAVEL code. The results were compared with DEURACS and showed that it can reproduce also angular distributions up to 45⁰. We found DEURACS can be used for interpolation of the lacked experimental DDTTNY in the deuteron energy range from 12 to 30 MeV for 0-45⁰ of neutron emission angles.
