| 内容記述 | Staged laser electron acceleration experiments are being prepared to demonstrate a stable, 1-GeV electron beam with the small energy spread (<1%) and the high peak current, aiming an X-ray free-electron laser around 1 keV under the collaboration with Osaka University, High Energy Accelerator Organization (KEK), Nagaoka University of Technology, and RIKEN (Pj-1, ImPACT program "Ubiquitous Power Laser for Achieving a Safe, Secure and Longevity" led by Y. Sano). In staged acceleration experiments, precise alignment of electron and laser beams is necessary. Spatial profiles of electron with the resolution of a few micrometers, a timing monitor, and a pulse duration monitor are necessary to have good phased acceleration of electrons. In addition, the laser position monitors are also important to a closed loop to maintain the spatial and temporal overlap the interaction. In the presentation, the diagnostics for beam monitor is discussed. | |||||
