| 内容記述 | DNA lesions in X-ray-irradiated plasmid DNA were specifically labeled with biotin/avidin and directly observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The structural complexity of clustered DNA damage was assessed based on the number of DNA lesions per clustered DNA damage site. X-rays generated isolated damage and clustered damage with a ratio of 5:1. Clustered DNA damage contained two lesions (DSB and Base/Base) or three lesions (DSB+Base). In contrast, the Fenton reagent generated isolated damage exclusively: isolated damage vs. clustered damage = 143:1 |
