| 内容記述 | Derealization is one of symptoms observed in various psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, dissociative disorder and depression. Neural mechanism of derealization has not been understood. Derealization is defined as an alteration in the perception or experience of the external world. It is hypothesized that dopamine is involved in positive symptoms, including derealization, of schizophrenia. The aim of the present study is to clarify the relationship between the brain activities associated with unreality feeling and the dopamine D2 receptor availably in the striatum. |
