| 内容記述 | To evaluate a participation of major DSB repair pathways in parameters of linear-quadratic (LQ) formalism, which is universally used as a mechanistic model of cell killing, we investigated LET dependency of survival parameters by inhibition of NHEJ repair in normal human dermal fibroblasts. The result suggested that the alpha-value of LQ model includes a participation of NHEJ in the killing by carbon ion irradiation. | |||||
