Vortex creep rates are found to be strongly suppressed after irradiation. 内容記述 | We report a comprehensive study of the effect of H+ irradiation on the critical current density Jc and vortex pinning in an FeSe single crystal. The value of Jc for FeSe is enhanced by more than a factor of 2 after 3-MeV H+ irradiation, which is explained by the introduction of point pinning centers. Vortex creep rates are found to be strongly suppressed after irradiation.
