1.研究目的と背景
放射線暴露は明確な発がん因子であり、放射線治療後に二次がんが増加することは広く知られている。一方で、重粒子線治療後の二次がんの解析は現在のところ存在しない。本研究は前立腺癌に対して重粒子線治療を受けた症例を研究し、その二次がんの発生頻度を確認することで、重粒子線治療による影響を確認することを目的としています。
