J-KAREN-P is a high-power laser facility aiming at the highest beam quality and highest intensity for performing state-of-the art experiments at the frontier of modern science. In this work we approached the physical limits of the beam quality: diffraction limit of the focal spot and bandwidth limit of the pulse shape. In particular, we have solved the following problems: chromatic aberration, wavefront distortion, angular chirp, and spectral phase distortion. We will show the parameters of the focal spot and the pulse shape, resulting in intensity of ~ 10^22 W/cm^2 at the 0.3 PW operation.
